Insert page break in table Word 2013?
One way to add page breaks to a table in Word is to insert a table break manually. You can do so by clicking the Insert Break button on the Home tab. There are also other ways to insert page breaks, such as by using bookmarks or by inserting a page break when you insert a table.
You can insert an inline page break in your table using the Page Break button located in the ribbon. This will insert a page break at the current position of the cursor. If you wish to insert a page break before or after a cell in your table, you can right click on it and choose Break.
This will insert a page break before or after that cell. If you want to insert a page break in the middle of a cell you can use the Break Apart option.
Insert page break in table Word
To insert a page break in your table you should just click inside the table and press Page Break from the menu that appears. The page break will be shown on the page as a dotted line.
If you want to position the break at a specific location, click inside the table and then click the Page Break button located at the top right part of the table. From the drop-down menu that appears you can choose the location where you want the break to be shown. Page breaks in a table are created by using the Page Break command located in the Editing group on the Home tab.
This option is also available in the Format menu. Depending on the table’s current design, you may not be able to easily see the Page Break button. To insert a page break for a table: select the table and press the Page Break button on the Ribbon.

Insert page break between text Word
You can insert page break between two paragraphs in the same table. E.g. if you want to divide a table to two pages, insert page break between the paragraphs. To do that, place the cursor between the paragraphs and press Ctrl+Enter. Page break between text is an extremely helpful option to use while working with a long table.
Page break between text is similar to page break between pages in a book. It splits a table into two pages, so when printing the document, you will get two pages with each table entry on a single page. To insert page break between text in a table, use the Page Break button located in the table toolbar.
When you click Page Break between text, a small arrow will appear after the text cell.
Insert page break in Word table
In order to add page breaks in a table, first select the table. And right click on it and click on Design Table. Now in the Table menu, click on Page Breaks and select Break at Using Page. A page break will appear in the table at the location you have placed the cursor.
When we want to insert a page break in a Word table, we can use the Page Break button in the Ribbon. The Page Break button is located in the Table Tools group. When we click this button, a new Page Break icon will pop up at the position where we want to add the page break.
If the Page Break icon is not visible, you can hold down the Ctrl key while clicking the Page Break button to display the Page Break icon.
How to insert a page break in Word table
There are two ways you can insert a page break in a table. You can use the Page Break button in the Ribbon or you can use the Home → Page Break menu item. It is also possible to insert a page break on a specific cell. To do that, select the row of cells where you want to insert a page break.
Then, press Ctrl+Shift+P. The Page Break dialog box will appear. From here, you can specify where you want the page break to occur. You can insert a page break in the middle of a table by pressing Ctrl+Enter or choosing that option from the context menu.
To do so, select the table (Ctrl+A to select the whole table), click on the page break icon on the status bar, and click the place where you want to insert the page break.
