With over 100 species of birds that breed at PERCO, the diversity of bird species here is remarkable! Some of the most common species you might see are chickadees, woodpeckers, bluebirds, cardinals, and warblers.
Between the varying habitats and the diversity of species, you can expect to see many different bird species at this birding hotspot. Birds that breed at PERCO are part of a population that migrates between the northern and southern ends of the continent each year to and from their breeding grounds. This population includes species of warblers, swallows, and many others.
Bird species at PERCO are not permanent residents – they move south each fall and return north each spring. In the spring and fall, there are usually between 15 and 20 species of warblers that stop by. During the summer, you might see a dozen or more species of warblers and other migratory species.

If you’re planning to ride the lifts at this mountain, you’ll want to know the cost of a single lift ticket. The price of a lift ticket depends on the season and the age of your child. One-day lift ticket prices for kids ages 6-14 start at $36 for adults, $20 for teens, and $9 for kids ages 5 and under.

The price of individual varieties may vary according to location, as different species of birds require different conditions. The average price at the PECO price for traps is around $40. That’s a fraction of the price of some other traps. Bird control can cost between $100 and $300 or more to control, so taking steps to prevent birds from entering your home is a great way to save money.

Currently, there are 754 spaces available at the 25-acre, environmentally-friendly PERCO Park. The price of a three-month reserved parking spot is $75 per month, and the price of an annual reserved parking spot is $750. The cost of an annual parking spot is the same for residents, nonresidents, and company employees.
We recommend that you carpool to reduce the number of birds that you bring with you. For example, if you’re attending the conference for three days, consider carpooling with coworkers or neighbors. It will give you more time to prepare for the conference and you will arrive to your destination stress-free.
